Peter Kaplan, President

Peter, a 20-year veteran of the computer industry, holds a degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University in New York. With a long and diverse career in the technology industry, he has worked as a software developer, development manager, director and corporate executive at many national and international technology firms as well as several start-up businesses.

As President & Chief Executive Officer, Peter sets the strategic direction and manages the day-to-day operations for Exceptional IT Services.

Jim Rappl, Chief Technical Officer

Jim, a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York with a degree in Management Information Systems, has over 18 years experience in corporate IT. Because of his extensive knowledge he is highly regarded as an expert in business IT Infrastructure design and corporate relocation Project Management.

Prior to Exceptional IT, Jim was the North American Director of Information Technology for Merant, an extremely successful technology organization with over 4000 users. Additionally, Jim was integral in designing, developing and deploying tactical LAN/WAN architectures and Data Centers across the United States.

As Chief Technical Officer Jim sets the company's overall technology direction and is responsible for all large projects and corporate moves.
